How is my order kept fresh during delivery?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated liners and reusable ice packs, to ensure your meat stays at a safe, chilled temperature for up to 48 hours during transit.
Where do you source your meat?
At Bennetts Butchers, we pride ourselves on quality. We partner exclusively with local farms that adhere to high animal welfare standards and sustainable farming practices.
Can I freeze the products upon arrival?
Yes, all our meat is delivered fresh (unless otherwise stated) and is perfectly suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing on the day of delivery for optimal quality.
What are your delivery days and cut-off times?
We deliver Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed for next-day delivery, depending on slot availability in your area.
What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged package or the wrong item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the products.
