Can I freeze the products upon arrival?

Yes, all our meat is delivered fresh (unless otherwise stated) and is perfectly suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing on the day of delivery for optimal quality.

What are your delivery days and cut-off times?

We deliver Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed for next-day delivery, depending on slot availability in your area.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged package or the wrong item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the products.
